Hi Guys,

It's not often these days that I actually get to post anything. This is due mainly to my recent workload being portraits. Not everyone wants to sign a Model Release, some do, some don't, but in this case, this young lady or should I say Ladies were more than happy to once they saw the images.

My remit was "fun & relaxed" not "formal". First photographs of Mum & Daughter.

Images posted with full model release, all taken S2 + 50mm, two studio lights (one softbox, one umbrella). All straight out the camera, resized for here and sharpened.

On a side issue ...... Mum has agreed to come spend a few hours in front of the camera with myself and Mary ..... watch this space!

Mark - beautiful series, that first one is priceless! On my monitor at work, the skin tones look really nice, and I like the basic lighting you used. I look forward to seeing many more of these beautiful models!

Love #2, both relaxed and natural. IMHO white background would be better!

Great portraits, Mark, but I agree with Igor on the white (or other high key color) background.

Very nice indeed mate .... captivating smile in shot one ... looking forward to the modelling mum too :)
