This was the last shot I took at a wedding yesterday. The light was almost gone and the clouds were rolling up looking stormy. So I dragged the couple down to a cornfield and got a few shots. It was a lovely end to the day.
Taken with Fuji S2, Sigma 12-24, Nikon SB-24.

Lovely shot there Sean ... surprised the Bride wanted to possibly get her dress dirty though ... nice thought, and looks like the storm was pretty close by :)

Sean, a fantastic candid moment well captured, love the lighting and composition :righton:
But you have to be warry of shooting people with wide optics, especially when the subject is placed near the frame edge and you are not at eye level, as the tilt up distorts, the grooms head looks characature as a result :woot:

Yes, I was a bit wary of using this lens, but I wanted to get the 'dramatic' look of the sky. And the Bridegroom is a Police Officer, so I think his head is actually that shape (as a result of wearing the pointy helmet) :)
Haggis - I think the storm hit about 20 minutes after I took this shot, just as they were tucking in to their open air barbecue. Now that would have made some good candids!
