So was Al Jolson ! He was known as "The jazz singer" from the movie he played in, in 1927, at the time when "colored people " (meaning BLACK) were known as making GOOD MUSIC, but it was not "politically correct", then, for the white people to "mix" with them !
...strange too how the "politically correctness" can change with time !?! Proof that it doesn't mean much, it only depends of the religious, political or sexual taste of the people "in charge", be it government or lobby !
Sorry... once again i got carried away :evilnyah: ...

I made a duplicate layer of the photo, darkened using levels and the whitch the blending to multiply, erased the lips and the glases using a soft brush, the collored the background dark whit a black soft brusha, merged the 3 layers, made another duplicate of the base layer, used the sketch filter, then gaussian blur to soften the edges of the resultin image the i put the new layer on top of the merged ones and switched blending to multiply again. I didnt give you any figures cause every picture is different and you need other values (its also a matter of personal taste) i added a screenshot for future refference
