D2X : file name counter problem

HEEELLLPPP!
ive updated d2x to firmware 2.00 A and B,
after i shoot with CF, and transfer it to computer,
ive format it,
the file name counter were back to DSC_0001.XXX again..

is there any solution for this ?
this been a major pain for me, since im working with a lot photo products.
this never happen with old firmware.

im trying to find it on manual, i didnt topics covering it.

Providing you have'nt shoot anything since the upgrade go into custom menu d4(shooting display/file no seq ) and turn it back on .
The upgrade turns it off.
But if you already have file no 00001 , you may have lost the sequence , try putting the C/F card with the old last number and shoot another frame and see if it carries on the old sequence .

thx alot sir,
i felt like a dumb guy,
i watching those D2X menu one by one, and frustated, where d hell is this parameter..

o well, this is what happen when deadline struck us down, hehehe..
cant even differentiate tea and coffe :baldy:
