Slideshow of Sanibel and Ding Darling

My wife and I visited Sanibel (in Florida) last week and spent some time at Ding Darling. Hey - that's a great set of images, thanks for sharing. I particularly liked the flying anahinga (sp?). It would be really nice to see some of these in their full glory here on the forum!

Gary, thanks. Yes, the flying Aningha (I'm sure that is bad spelling) was neat to see in flight. Most of the day they spend their times in trees with their winds spread out (either drying out or enjoying the sun).

Thanks for the comments. It was nice to test the new to me Nikkor 300 F4 and it made a world of difference in the quality of images as compared to a visit only 2 years back. If you ever get the chance to visit Ding Darling on Sanibel Island, Florida, it comes highly recommended.
