I picked up a great mag today.
Title: Digital Photographer.
Its printed in the UK so unlike the crapy US mags it does not have 750k pages of advertisments and a 1/2 page of usefull information.
I am very surprised how good the articles were, and as a bonus there is a CD with some shots you can use for their tutorials...
Almost sounds like I work for them, check it out... I found mine at Borders.
$11 but it looks like it was worth it...
Gonna sit down with a nice glas of "Cab" and enduldge...

I get it sent monthly Timo, it's one of the newer ones ,and as you say it's very good ,also at £5 it's one of the few things which are cheaper here than in the states. C.D's not bad , and the tutorials are good too.
here's the publisher website
www.paragon.co.uk
you've already got it ,but others might find it usefull, never used it so i don't know what the websites like.
Enjoy the read

Actually in Canada and the US, you can get for FREE; Digital Imaging . I find it to be pretty good, mostly it is aimed at pros. This month has an interview with Greg Gorman.

I subscribed about 2 weeks ago and am awaiting my first magazine. A friend of mine introduced me to the magazine (and the price) and let me borrow one of the CD's. The Photoshop tutorials are pretty good. I'm looking forward to my monthly delivery. :)

There's another one, called Digital Photo, that we like. It also has CD tutorials, which are very clear and easy to follow, and they've just started a new series of 'basics'. It includes the start images too, so you can follow things through.
