Sorta. I could have had one a few months ago, but I decided to wait and sure enough, a lot of people had dead ones right out of the box. Pop the battery in, try and take a shot and error 99 comes up on the screen or something like that. They all had to send them back for replacements without a single shot being taken.
Well, I'm tired of waiting and the second shipment from Canon just arrived in Miami and a friend of mine is pulling one off the boat for me. Well, he's not, but his sister is a bigshot importer who's having it done.
Hopefully I'll have it next week and I'll let you know how it works and post sample shots of course!

I shall be interested to hear your thoughts. I will be getting one when they are more freely available (and a bit cheaper!).
Initially most dealers were asking £2999, but a few are down to £2600 already (not that they actually have any in stock mind you)

They are working on the firmware upgrade hopefully to be out the end of July and already installed in the latest cameras. I posted the firmware article link in a separate post.
Still have the 1dmII I think I'll wait to see what Nikon has in mind for the d3 before I do anything, so I'll pass on this one.

Anyway what the video showed was something that isn't get a lot of hype but the guy really likes...you can set the aperature and the shutter speed and the camera will automatically adjust the ISO.
