Search on google and you fiind the web site, great action for PS but I can't find to try.

Around $17 USD - good tutorial, and the action looks like it has quite a few options, however, it really isn't too difficult to duplicate what the action does. Do a color select on skin - to a Copy/Paste which creates a new layer of just the skin tones - play with that layer - gaussian blur, etc.
