Thanks Jim ! These grow next to my workshop, and keep growing for a few years now, without anybody taking care of them...
BTW, to get all the DOF i could, i shot 6 images and used Helicon Focus to mix them :) !

It looks like you used gold leaf inside the plant. A great shot JP.

Ok you :)
The flower is indeed lovely, HOWEVER with your attention to detail how on earth do you expect me to not to mention that HORRID container or miss the silly thing!!
I say RESHOOT!!!
Better container or arrange it so the container itself isn't in the image, I notice on this you can't crop it out without loosing the composition or the lower bloom.
See the SWEET SWEET me when I get to know you;) and since I know just HOW WELL you can do this do NOT get LAZY on me I expect MORE :)

Hi Melody !
For once, you got it wrong :beat: ! The "HORRID container" has been included in the image on purpose ! Think more: don't you agree that it makes you look TWICE at the image -even if it eventually makes you say "yikes"...- ?
:tongue2:

Uh NOPE:tongue2: If you intended the contrast/shock with the horrid container you should have shown more of it:) Put it in a soda can or something even just for the drama. Sorry, in my opinion you missed on this one, or maybe it's just cause I hold you to a higher standard.

Naaaaan.... you don't get it: i showed only PART of this marvelous plastic bottle to give a HINT of what horridness might be if it wasn't "build-up" (correct?) by the stupid flower !!!
