Thanks Jay... I have ordered from them in the past - their service is very good and the price is excellent!

I just got mine yesterday. I have not had a chance to feed them to my cameras yet.

Thanks for the pointer.

yup, been buying from Botach for a couple of years now, even before my S2. I just started buying thier Toshiba AA's and they seem to last just as long as regular energizer's/duracell's.

Cheapest I could find energizer/duracell batteries was about 48 cents each, where these Toshiba's are about 25 cents each, plus shipping (and tax since I'm in CA). Works out to be about 36 cents each when I buy 80 batteries.

Now I also don't get the headaches of which sets are charged and which aren't.

I am not sure about cost this way right now. I should hook a meter up to a charger and charge 4 dead batteries and see how much it really does cost me for rechargables. With our electric price so high here, it probably evens out for the charges.

For anyone in the UK who doesn't already know -

www.7dayshop.com has 123a 6-packs for £7.24

Richer Sounds (the HiFi shop) sells Duracell AAs at 99p for a 4-pack.

Hope this helps someone, and if anyone knows of better deals I'd love to hear from them!

Eddie:)
