RAW conversion -- EX vs Qimage

I don't think I received RAW EX with my (US) camera, but Fuji tells me to contact the dealer -- unfortunately, it's been a while and I doubt they will help. As I understand it, Qimage will convert Fuji RAW, is significantly less expensive and will do other things. Any thoughts/suggestions? thanx

I use QImage to print & to do quickie converts.
It generally does a fairly good job, but you have to use the "filters" when converting. However, when looking at the conversions at 100%+ I like the look of EX...

QImage is worth the money.
