Moire Pattern

I'm noticing a Moire pattern showing up in some of my pictures, especially in material (Dresses and Shirts)....I'm pretty new to digital, but have read a little bit about it......can anyone explain this.....better yet, what can I do?

I would be interested in seeing it. You should be able to post an attachment

Sometimes just turning the camera slightly will eliminate it, or a different capture resolution or subject size might help.

It's hard to predict when it might appear!

I have seen moire on the LCD which did not appear in the images as opened in Photoshop. Scared me but I'm okay now.
