I'm probably alone in this, hense the thread, but do you guys play music or a radio station while you're on the internet.
I'm glad to have broadband, so my favorite is an internet radio station called 'music-one' it's a lot of dance and the likes. But thats again everybodies preference. I use iTunes radio during the entire day.
What do you listen to, if you do, while looking at all the threads?

I really love Apple's iTunes as well. When I'm doing portraits in the studio I like to play music that makes my subjects relax. If I don't have what they're in the mood for, I'll download it from Apple's Music Store and have it faster then it would take me to find it amoungst my own collection. I only wish they had some sort of system where I could pay a smaller amount to play a song only once. Because after they're gone I'll never play it again. Some people have wierd tastes.:D

I listen to XM radio while I work on the computer. The old time radio station is really great, but it's hard to get anything done while listening to it. :D

I'll either listen to Shoutcast stations with Winamp or use the extensive library on my network (72,000+ songs) or I'll use my digital cable box "radio stations" which are commercial free as well.

If you like downloading mp3's and you like elevator music, you can always go to CaptJR's homepage and listen to me. http://www.robertsdigitography.com/CaptJRs/CaptJRs.htm . This was my old homepage from before I had the photograpy page.

I just listen to the wife nagging me to do something contructive instead of'' playing with the computer all the bloody time''.

Don't even want to get started on that one! I just tell her to get back on the phone with her sister so she can complain about me, and her sister can complain about her poor husband. That way we both get some peace!
My habit is that I have the big screen TV on in the background, but most of the time I couldn't even tell you what was on if you walked in the room. Kind of weird really. Sometimes I just shut everything off. Music was a really big deal to me growing up, but sometime around the late 80's / early 90's I just "unplugged" so to speak. I just haven't heard anything worth listening to in the past few years, even if I could get it for free.
