Just received my new 10.5 today, did a couple of snaps and I'm liking it alot.
It does do autofocus at about 2-3 centimeters, great.

What an interesting photo! Was this photo taken with the lens on your S2? :)

Anthonie,
GREAT shot!!!! I was very sceptical about fisheyes, but now I see I was wrong.
Please post more shots and more details / comments on this lens. I think I'll buy one too! :)

No its not the basement, its my bar next to the kitchen. But it's a great lens, the space itself is maybe 1,7 X 3 meters.
I haven't done any other interesting shots it got dark, but I'll give it a try tomorrow.
Here's one of the dog only 1,5 inches from here nose.

I always buy fisheye lenses, then get sick of them in about 2 months.
I want to buy this one haha.

I have one that I use for my Panoramas,
Mounted on the Fuji it will turn into a 15.75 mm and that in turn makes it perfekt to use for stitching with my old and trusty Live Picture PhotoVista from -97 ! :-)
I have posted these links here before I think, but since the lens is brought up - here goes again.
(You will have to accept installation of the little Zoomify ActiveX-controller before download begins - they weigh appx 180 Mb as BMP´s before compression - and weight between 14 and 28 Mb on the server - but will download FAST in spite of that thanks to Zoomify...One CAN use Zoomify with normal images as well, I recommend it and might be able to find a way to let Zoomify eventually give some rebate to Forum members... let me know about that should it be interesting...)

I find it to be a GREAT GREAT lens and I am goin to use it for the
stuff nearest in time for jobs...
oh right - ZOOMING is a good thing to do in these panos - thats why they are intentionally HUGE... to keep detailing...
