When I'm doing any sort of planned photo session where the opportunity exists, I usually get a shot with one of the these great cards in it. This allows me to quickly make adjustments in PS Levels or Curves using the eydropper tools. I find that it really speeds up my workflow on images that need minor adjustments. The card I use I got from the back of Scott Kelby's PS for Photographers book.

My question is this. Where can I get more? The one I have is starting to look a bit worn and will soon be a bit unreliable. Anyone know a location where I can get these things inexpensively?

Thanks,

Steve

I'm using the DIN A5 graycard 4963 from www.fotowand.de. (10€)

It's nice built with 1mm Polystyrol. The white border can be removed easily. Available in black. Washable.
They have a couple of models available. Pricing is ok.
The website is very ugly and you'll need to translate most :(

I think they send overseas but thats probably too expensive.
Maybe not helpful for you but to the europeans who want to know :)

Sounds like you need a step wedge. I sometimes use this sort of thing when photographing archaeological finds. These ones look good, and aren't too expensive.

I use QPCards that I got with another digital back. Their perfect size for me and very easy to toss on a set of any size and not knock stuff over. One tablet goes a long way (I'm still on my first one in over a year). You can get them at Calumet and many other big camera shops.

Crabby,

Thanks for the info. These cards are EXACTLY what I need.
