Justin - very nice. I like the composition of the 1st one, and the overall mood...Snow scenes usually cause me a bit of a problem with the WB.

Very nice, Justin.

I usually don't like footprints in my snow pictures, but the ones in the first one take you right into the frame. Nice job. Looks better then than it does now!

All shots from that day were on matrix metering, aperature priority, and shot Raw (which let me do color balance adjustments after the fact). Generally, I add 1/2 to 1 full stop over exposure depending on how much snow is in the picture. If I have to adjust it 1/3 stop or so after the fact, it's not a big deal. It's almost like cheating;) .

Linda, those are tire tracks actually...it was a driveway leading up to a farm - if you look close, you can see some implements in the background.
