These batteries are awesome.
They re-charge in 14min. 50 sec.! They are 2000mAh.
You must use the I-C3 Charger to re-charge these in 15 min. Other chargers will take overnight (although, I haven't tried these in my 1 Hour charger, yet. I'll keep everyone informed.).
But, you can get an adapter ,free, now as a re-bate, just $4 for shipping (that's fair isn't it?) touse in your car 12v outlet. (Hey, my TDI has an outlet in the trunk. Do you think it would be safe to leave my charger there charging while I drive?)
I own 24 different NiMh batteries (Rayovac, Energizer, Maxell), 1/2 of them are 2 yrs. old, and I've yet to have even ONE cell go bad.
(The Maxell are my least favorite. They don't last as long as the others.)
(Rayovac Re-chargable ALKILINE batteries are CRAP!. Most of the time, one battery out of a 4 pack, will be ruined after 2 or 3 re-charges. STAY AWAY FROM THESE, THEY ARE A WASTE OF MONEY.)
I wouldn't mind a bit if the next Fuji D-SLR used AA's for the camera and then had a proprietary battery for the flash. (Although a battery pack is quicker to change.)
